In addition to the breathtaking sight of the lake that meets the mountains, the restaurant serves as the stage for the exciting and kaleidoscopic cuisine of Emanuele Petrosino, who travels through Italy to offer an authentic and personal take on the infinite flavors and colors of our country.

A young talent
Best Young Italian Chef of 2019 for the Michelin Guide and Michelin-starred with Bianca sul Lago since 2021, Emanuele Petrosino was born in 1986 and has worked in some of the most renowned kitchens in Italy and France, from the two-starred Danì Maison and Taverna Estia to the three-starred Piazza Duomo, Maison Pic and Restaurant Christopher Coutanceau. Bianca is the perfect stage for his avantgarde yet authentic cuisine.

Nature to be discovered
Nature is at the center of the menu of Bianca sul Lago and finds its ultimate expression in the raw ingredients grown in the vegetable garden of the relais, hidden behind six ancient olive trees and surrounded by pomegranates, pears, apples, cherries and berries.
Chef's Table
Located in a warm and intimate dining room that overlooks the kitchen, the chef's table accommodates up to 20 guests and is the ideal setting for tailor-made culinary experiences, exclusive tastings and private events.
The cellar
The dishes of Bianca sul Lago are paired with a diverse selection of wines spanning all the way from the great Italian and French classics to small producers worthy of discovery. Old vintages of memorable bottles and more than two hundred other gems are stored in the cellar beneath Bianca.
