Wonder on the plate

The fine dining restaurant of Bianca is inspired by the blend of natural elements that fill the room through the panoramic lakefront windows. Water, rock, soil, wood: the beauty they produce when they meet, the energy they generate when they collide. The wonder is translated into dishes by Fabrizio Albini: his cuisine travels memories, emotions and far-off lands to get to the essence of taste.

Italian DNA
The cuisine of Bianca sul Lago is Italian, contemporary, delicious and, above all, clean, showcasing both the purity and extraordinary richness of each and every ingredient.
Nature to be discovered
The celebration of nature finds ultimate expression in the raw ingredients grown in the vegetable garden, hidden behind six ancient olive trees and surrounded by pomegranates, pears, apples, cherries and berries.
Chef's Table
Located in a warm and intimate dining room that overlooks the kitchen, the chef's table accomodates up to 22 guests and is the ideal setting for tailor-made culinary experiences, private events and business meetings.
The cellar
The dishes created by Fabrizio Albini are matched with a diverse selection of wines that spans from the great Italian and French classics to small producers worth to be discovered. The old vintages of memorable bottles and more than other two hundred references are stored in the cellar underneath Bianca.
